My home built by Zych is I think as close to flawless as you can get! Brian has been the best person to work with the owning a custom home. Always responsive and they take a lot of pride in the quality of their builds. I would recommend them to everyone 10/10!!!

This was our first home we had built and were a bit intimidated to do this hearing so many “builder horror stories”. Meeting with them initially was a no-pressure meeting and very enjoyable to meet in a home that they had built. This gave us a great feeling of what the end result would be. We had met with other builders and would have likely been happy with them also. The reasons we chose Zych Construction was because of how they made us feel, they live right here in Gretna, their up front ability to show us a price range and quality of home we saw. Brian and Tracy were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful home we will enjoy for many years!

Zych team is amazing! They are very honest, have great customer service - always responsive and provide amazing products. We did a lot of research before choosing Zych Construction to build our new home with and their craftmanship, contractors and materials are above and beyond all requirements and standards. We were able to customize anything we wanted and they created us a brand new floor plan when we could not find one to fit our needs.

I have said that you did an amazing job with the remodel of our house, but this does not adequately convey my level of appreciation for your work. The time and care that you put into our remodel showed that you invested a piece of yourself in this project. When I look at the house and walk around in it, I know that you poured yourself into every detail and idea that you shared with us. Thank you again for our beautiful home!

Our experience with Zych Construction was a great one! This was the second home that we had built, but the first time using Zych Construction. Brian and Tracy are experienced and educated builders. They offer a quality product in a timely fashion with excellent customer service. If we had questions or concerns along the way, our needs were always met. We even made some changes in our plan during the building process and they were very accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience with Brian Zych of Zych Construction. He was extremely personable and listened to our ideas. His homes have a unique look to them that really stands out amongst the rest. He gave us clear deadlines and followed them closely. One of the selling points to Zych Construction is the 5 hours built in with an interior decorator. I've told many people that I know that when choosing a builder you should really consider Zych Construction as you'll be in love with your new home, and the process will go smoothly for you!!!

We've built two homes with Zych. Brian and Tracy are a great team. They've always gone above and beyond. We have been extremely happy with both homes we have built. The quality is top notch and both times we received a great value. There are a lot of builders that bite off more than they can chew. We did not have that experience with Zych. It is clear quality and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.
